An early morning vinyasa flow designed to energize and ground the body & mind through a set of intuitive and dynamic sequences that aim to create harmony, strength, and balance. In this class, you have the chance to dive deep into the roots of yoga while still embracing a holistic approach to the practice, moving in synchronicity with your breath and finishing the class with a gentle guided meditation to relax and nourish your body.

Rocket Yoga, developed by Larry Schultz (also known as the 'bad man of Ashtanga'), is a dynamic style firmly grounded in Ashtanga yoga. Ayurvedic Yoga Flow

This Ayurvedic yoga flow is an harmonious blend of yoga principles and Ayurvedic wisdom, creating a holistic practice that is thoughtfully designed to balance the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), while aligning with the soothing elements of nature and its seasons. The sequences guide you through intuitive energy practices (IEP), inviting you to connect with your inner self and the places in your body that need healing. Also breathwork - pranayama - plays a significant role helping you to balance and align your vital life force energy (prana).

Every class might contain a different focus, sometimes tuning in to the digestive system, other times into the mind, hormonal imbalances or stacked emotions around the heart space. Leave with a sense of balance, healing and rejuvenation.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a faster paced yoga flow and workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures. Surf Yoga Flow & Pranayama

Waves of movement and breath to build up flexibility & strength.
This class seeks to optimise daily thriving and mastering sports like surfing, running, dancing, and beyond. We'll combine the core elements of stretching, flowing, and holding postures; scientifically backed up with impactful somatic techniques.

We'll also practice fundamental pranayama techniques as a way to improve the performance in & out of the water and also promotes a reconnection with the water element that exists already within us.
