*If you're pregnant, please always listen to your own body's energy and current level of fitness. Teachers are not official medical advisors, but when you choose to come flow, we'd advice you to move at your own pace: slow and controlled. Please arrive 15 minutes early to inform the teacher, so he/she is aware and may be able to give some personalized pregnancy-proof moves as options.
