*If you’re pregnant, always honor your body’s energy and fitness level. Our teachers are not medical professionals, so please listen to your own body and move at a pace that feels safe - slow and controlled, adjusting moves safely like removing core crunches.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to let the teacher know about your pregnancy or postpartum status. This allows them to potentially suggest some safe modifications while still guiding the whole class smoothly.
Some classes and teachers may not be suitable for pre- or postpartum students. For guidance on which classes are best for you, please email
